The power button on my Samsung remote has stopped working. According to the description it is a replacement. Works most of the time, but annoying. At first, the power button felt intermittent. But I finally figured out that I have to press the power button twice to turn the TV on. If I pressed just once, it wouldn't turn on. I suspect this remote is trying to replace too many different Samsung TVs and one press of the power button turns on new models and a second press turns on old models. If this is the case, they should have provided a way to program it to set the correct power on command for your TV. The Netflix, Prime Video and Rakuten TV buttons do not work. My original remote didn't even have this feature, so I'm not surprised. so much. But the description said nothing about the buttons not working on some models (I didn't expect the Rakuten TV button to work in the US). It's not as smooth as the original. It has rubber buttons where the original had a flat surface that you pressed for most buttons. I can imagine some people prefer rubber buttons. The build quality seems good enough. I'll have to see if I can get used to double-tapping the power button. If you do it too fast it won't work. Otherwise, I'll probably find a decent replacement universal remote.
