Monitor ordered and received. I plug it in and download the drivers and all the information from the website, the links don't work! I went to their website and put in my serial number and it took me a while to tell myself the gateway was faulty. I call support and they tell me this section is not available for download. We find another way to get and download the drivers. The monitor still writes a bad signal. She asks me if the cables are bad? I don't know, are these new? She then tells me I have to box up this crappy monitor and ship it back to her and wait 10 or 15 days to see her reply! I need a monitor today! That's why I sent it here with 2-day shipping! She didn't care. She barely spoke English and it was very difficult to understand her! Now I'm sitting here with this crappy monitor. She didn't even offer to help him send it back. It was a "pity you" attitude! I will never buy anything from ACER again! Save time and money with this ACER company with terrible customer service! The product is made of cheap plastic!
