I've had it for a few weeks now and overall I like it. What I like: 1) 1080p front camera. It looks really good when you watch videos on a computer monitor. It's easy to see the details. 2) A reversing camera that attaches to the rear window. It requires an additional installation, but it's worth it. I didn't really like the dual cameras I've seen, where both cameras are built into one housing that attaches to the front window, because in the rear camera you see both the rear window and part of the cabin. THIS DVR solves that problem with a remote controlled camera mounted right on the rear window. 3) It can fully use the 128GB micro SD card if you allow the camera to format the card. Things I don't like: 1) (Note: This issue was fixed in a firmware update released shortly after the original release date. If you continue to experience this issue, please update the firmware and test again. 25. December, 2017 d.) About 25% of the time the video is choppy at the beginning of each video file. It seems that the previous and current frames are mixed. (See first photo attached). The yellow lines on the left of the photo show what I'm talking about. See how the stop sign is divided? This was a screenshot from a video (I added a yellow line for clarity to distinguish what should be two separate frames in the video file). In the parking lot opposite, you can see that part of the building is shown twice, along with a car parked across from that building. You can also see the left bumper of the car in front of me in the left center of the picture under the stop sign. The effect can last up to a minute in a video but usually disappears within 20 seconds. This is only noticeable when the images change rapidly from frame to frame. I've tried three different micro SD cards, two recently purchased and a class 10. This effect occurs when I'm watching directly from the card or copying a video file to a PC's hard drive and then watching from there. 2) In the image above, the stamp should read "REXING DASH CAM" and the license plate may be partially obscured. This may have something to do with the effect seen in the "Dislike" comment. 1.3) The date stamp in the video is sometimes wrong. See second picture. This frame from the video was taken on 07/26/2016 at 20:07:20. The yellow box shows the correct time and as you can see on the map to the right the GPS was tracking my location, so there was a position/time signal but it showed the day as the 27th, not the 26th in this one I intentionally erased the license plate and street names from the GPS map. This misdating has happened several times. I'm overall happy with this product and would recommend it, but it's always good to have reviews from people who have used it. I'd love to find a solution to these problems, but that doesn't stop me from buying it again if the need arises. I hope someone finds this useful.
