Air can smells like skunk spray. I needed a new airbox because the original one had failed. From the moment I brought the package home I could smell the skunk. Yay! Thank god for Fabrez. I don't think anyone sells a replacement airbox for a 2009 Series 9 mattress anymore. I had to cut the air hose to get it off the mattress. I also had to purchase an air pump that would connect to a new air chamber. I ended up spending nearly $700 to inflate my air mattress. Also, I now have a bed that smells like skunk all the time. I guess it's true when they say "emtor warning" (caveat emptor is Latin for "let the buyer beware"). Update 2021: The skunk smell is gone. Also on time! I was ready to drop everything and buy another bed. I want sellers to tell you how much weight these mattresses can support. Especially when you're at the limit. One day maybe I'll know the exact model I have and maybe find the documents that came with it to see if they mention weight restrictions? And this saga continues. Received an email today from Tyler, Director of Accounts asking him to give his business a higher rating. Well I try to be kinder to everyone these days so I added another star. While I'm here Tyler, where do I get the side rails to help the mattress hold its shape? The side I sleep on usually sits on the edge and the edge doesn't hold up as well anymore. The 400 pound weight limit is great. But those side rails don't fit my 325 lbs well.
