Bought for the second time. A little thick, but soft and warm. I bought it for the first time, wore it in the morning on my way to work (it was winter) and in the evening. They protected my hands from the winter crackle and warmed my fingers. Unfortunately my sweet husband did the laundry. With normal washing and strong drying, they fell apart. I was sad. Well, a change in the weather, a broken dishwasher, another gnashing of fingers. I have ordered another pair. So the biggest question asked here is why use lotion when it's infused with aloe? OK, here's the answer. If you have normal to slightly dry skin, you really don't need a lotion. But if your hands are too dry, the combination of a good hand lotion and these products locks in moisture, preventing it from rubbing and evaporating, leaving your hands softer and hydrated faster. The only thing is, for some reason I get hot in the middle of the night and I take them off in my sleep. I recommend them if your hands are sore or dry, or even for a little arthritis relief (they're tight and you can almost feel the massage). Simply hand wash or hand wash or gentle cycle in a mesh bag to dry.
