My boxers LOVE this! I'm shocked they didn't destroy it, between the needle teeth and sharp nails of my 4 month old or the strength and size of my 6 year old I didn't expect it to last more than an hour. My 6 year old boy is depressed and hasn't played with it much since my girl died in January. However, when he saw the ball, he enthusiastically played with it for hours. He hasn't played like that in 2 years. Unlike my girls, my boy has never been good at fetch, he will go for the ball but not bring it, if he doesn't give it up he won't give up, he'll stand. He seems to be playing football with it, he likes it! I personally love how boxers are "controlled" and use their front paws so much, especially watching them with this ball. My best friend has 3 boxers, now one of her is working hard to pop every big ball she gets. So if your dog is determined, he can probably make him pop. Mine hasn't broken yet. **Update it's still inflated no problem and both dogs still love it
