So first off, my actual waist size is 32 inches, right between her two sizes, 26-32 inches and 33-42 inches. Bought size 33-42 because 1. I didn't want to stretch the elastic after a pair of socks when it was a cheap elastic and 2. I was planning to wear it primarily to help tighten a thicker dress for a winter do events and I'd rather play it safe than regret it. How it fits: It's actually quite tight, being under the lower limit of this size. This is also not very convenient. It's meant to fit a 42 inch waist and I barely stretch it. Pros: The belt closes perfectly and I had no issues with it coming loose on its own. My other issue is how bright the hardware is. I don't wear a lot of flashy jewelry so this buckle is like a big target on my stomach (no thanks). 20/20 in hindsight, but it doesn't look that bright in the photos. It will probably work just fine. if you like sparkling earrings, bracelets etc.
