Review on πŸ’« Sparkle and Shine with Martha Stewart Crafts Iridescent Glitter 12-Pack: Vintage Leaf Glitter by Kristen Reid

Revainrating 3 out of 5

When they say 'chunky', they mean 'SHORTY'!

I am a bit disappointed with this product as it is not exactly what I wanted. I wish the picture was a bit clearer so you can see what it really is: it's not actually "glitter" but a collection of small jars filled with metal filings (much like you found and ripped colored aluminum foil to have). into little pieces). They are asymmetrical, with some pieces 3-4 mm in diameter while others are just tiny spots. The colors themselves are okay, but not as vivid as I was hoping; This may be because the random chunky shapes don't allow the colors to present themselves like regular glitter. Colors tend to be more in the "pastel" range when the image shows lighter colors (garnet, fire opal, and tourmaline are fairly bright, but the rest are overly subtle). Colors because they are difficult to see in the picture: 1. "Brownstone" - dark brown, almost copper-colored2. "Fire opal" - orange/copper3. "Florentine Gold" - silvery gold4. "Sterling" - Silver5. "Pomegranate" - red6. "Tourmaline" - dark pink / fuchsia7. "Kunsite" - silvery bright "kids" pink8. "Charoite" - light purple/lavender9. "Lapis lazuli" - medium blue10. "Turquoise" - light blue-green11. "Verdalit" - light mint green12. "Olivine" - light olive tones are quite garish, the rest too subtle). Colours, since they are somehow difficult to see in the picture: 1. "Brownstone" - dark brown, almost copper-colored2. "
