Good quality phones at a good price

As there were no reviews for this new AT&T phone system I was hesitant to buy it. I have to say that I am very satisfied with the quality of these devices and the answering machine that comes with them. The units are well lit with nice blue digit lighting. The speakers on these devices are excellent, with plenty of volume. The autoresponder is very intuitive and easy to use, with many messages waiting. While this is a very good set of phones, it lacks some useful features. There is no battery backup for this device. So if you lose power, you need to reset the time. There is no speed dial but you can store the names from the CID in a directory and dial from there. Also, there's no visual battery level indicator, so you only get audio notifications when the battery is low. My previous phones had this so I knew when to bring them back to base. Some people have complained that they can't hear my voice well when I have a headset plugged in. This may be due to the quality of my headset. I hear them loud and clear, so that part is fine. Overall I would rate this phone as a very good buy as long as it lasts. I've had it for a little over a week now and am completely satisfied with it.
