This review asks the wrong questions. I placed one in the fridge to get extra cool as suggested. I liked that. However, the mask kept pulling up on my face. Poorly designed in my opinion. I left it in for 25 min. When I removed I found my skin to feel very filmy and gross really. I didn’t like the feel of my skin and I had to keep pressing it onto my face to keep it from bubbling up. I am disappointed and the questions asked for the review need to be relevant to the actual product and not as vague. I won’t be purchasing again. Thanks but not happy at all. BOO
