The four worst things about it: 1. The headpiece doesn't connect to the hose with this mechanism when you press the metal button and it snaps onto the plastic head. Instead, just use brute force. This is bad because the head either falls off while cleaning the carpet because the suction is so strong (which is great) but then the head comes off! And also because when you tried to take it off you tightened it so much that you can't take it off quickly now! This is difficult and uncomfortable, and I have needed help countless times. DOH! 2. The length of the hose is a little short. I found I was pulling the canister toward me more than my favorite Kenmore Magic Blue. Also, it's quite heavy, so it's always inconvenient to lug it around so often when cleaning.3. The power button is on the body, not the handle. Yes, I knew that when I bought it, but I was hoping to get over it. Not me. Not to mention the two buttons on the canister (retract and power) look the same standing up so I had to paint the power button with a silver marker so I could stop hitting the wrong button half the time! I don't understand WHY vacuum cleaners aren't controlled by hand anymore! I want to stop the power supply quickly if I'm sucking in something wrong. Don't chase after the base and remember which button to step on! (Also the power turns on slowly too. You step on it and think you didn't get it because it doesn't start right away so you step on it again only to find it was on, it only takes two seconds longer than normal Sounds trivial, but I'm sure it annoys you too!)4. Additional tools are not stored in the canister. They say "on the board", but does that mean the annoying and uncomfortable plastic holder that attaches to the stick that the tools have to stay on somehow? You can't even wipe under the sofa without it falling over. Now my tools are god knows where because they don't live in the database. The four best things about it are: 1. It actually is NONE! In the best case! You can reduce the suction power (from minimum to maximum) and sometimes it's really necessary because it's so powerful! There are two stick holders. When the canister is lowered, there is a slot on the side for parking the staff. If it's for storage, there's another spot where you insert the wand. (Those little plastic grooves don't seem to last long though, but we'll see!) 3. I like its white color. :)four. The first bag lasted more than a month with intensive use! The one on the side broke a few months ago. Bu.- Must add one more dislike. For some reason the canister keeps flipping over while cleaning and it takes a while to realize you're pulling it the wrong way. I think it can't handle the speed I'm spinning at during use and it just flips over. So yes. Aggravating.
