Some other reviews say the arms aren't strong enough. I thought I might be affected too. You might think that tightening the adjustable levers to [+] would increase the strength of the lever. Every time I tightened it to hold the monitor it just failed. I gave up for a few minutes for fear of giving them back. My brain was clicking and I decided to adjust them toward the toe [-] instead. It took a little while because these levers have quite a range of adjustment, but gradually they've started to take the load. If anyone else has an issue with these arms not supporting monitors, try the other way. Either way, these arms work great and hold all the monitors. They are very durable and only move when I want them to move. I would definitely buy them again as long as they last and need more.
