Poor quality storage and organization
I bought 2 of these for my dining room. One arrived in fair condition (slightly discolored) while the other was damaged. As you can see from the photo, one of the screws is bent and cannot be used, along with damage to the front of the tree. I was able to find a new screw in the garage but I can't turn the wood over as the brackets are already in place. Keeping my fingers crossed that the replacement screw I used will hold up.
