This waffle iron is not good at all. I bought this with birthday gift cards and feel like I wasted my purchase. I bought this because my daughter and I miss Milkcraft Bubble Waffles. I may have cut it off them because this thing only cooks thin layers and no real bubbles. No matter how we change the batter, not everyone makes waffles. I changed the plates and got the same result. On top of that, the buttons fell off or something. catches too. It also seeps under the plates and cooks there. It cooks wonderfully under the ovens where ironing is done. I am very dissatisfied with this product and rarely leave reviews.
