I bought three different packs of these underwear for my 2 year old. It was very important to me that they are 100% cotton. There were two pockets, but I noticed that the underwear in the third pocket felt different. It was thinner and smoother, if that makes sense. I then looked at the label and saw that they were made from a cotton blend, although the packaging still says they are 100% cotton. Not true. We kept them but I definitely don't like them and would worry about buying other designs because you never know what you're getting.
