I usually wear a size medium in sports bras but I read the reviews and was worried about the straps not being adjustable. They always fit too tight around my rib cage if I go any smaller but I have small boobs. I went with a small & it doesn’t squeeze my skin at all because the material is soft & stretchy but not tight? I’m glad I went with a small because the straps are a little loose & they are very thin. I have to be careful taking it on & off because I feel I’ll rip the straps otherwise. It’s very comfortable but even with my smaller chest they pop out of the cup sometimes.not much support. Overall, I ordered "down” a size & it goes well with tank tops simply because the straps are barley noticeable. I’m 5’4 135 pounds and have a wider chest size small b cup.
