I use them every day at work on the computer. I can now barely look at the screen without blue light goggles! They were so helpful that I bought a second pair. Different style but both brand Eyekepper. I literally feel the difference as soon as I put them on. They help my eyes feel more rested and relaxed when they're on me. I also appreciate the slight increase. This combined with blue blocking is very beneficial and good for eye health. I have used them indoors and outdoors during the day and at night. I highly recommend them, especially when screens are a big part of your day.
