I worked with hello sells many years ago when they were just getting started up so my experience was mostly before then but their customer support has always been top notch! The platform makes it easy by taking care of all contacts management needs like scheduling meetings etc., everything happens through one central system which allows me great flexibility at work from home while managing relationships remotely too (also important!). They are very active about listening/responding quickly after reaching out if there's an issue vs being slow-to respond unless something urgent comes along first - this could be due more than likely because our industry isn't super competitive yet thus not having huge issues needing immediate attention right now though am hopeful once things get busier again i will see positive changes here :) no complaints really other than perhaps some improvements would help us streamline processes better such as allowing multiple emails sent within 1 day rather I have been using hello sells since 2014 and they are always there with me when it comes time to look at my numbers. They do what they say they will be doing and nothing more! Their customer support is top notch but sometimes their system does not go live right away so i am left waiting around until they get everything setup correctly. If you want someone who has your best interest at heart then this is the call center for you. The benefits of having an active campaign running through them is amazing.
