I bought this Zosi system because it was a good price for its features and good reviews. I was looking for a quality and affordable basic system for my home and this one was just the ticket. This is a solid and reliable system for homeowners who need a basic system to keep tabs on their world. I don't think I would recommend it to a company or anyone who really needs a high tech video surveillance system. Installation is almost easy, connecting the wires etc, the tricky part is the variables like crawling through the attic or catching wires through the walls etc, but this happens with any hardwired system. As for the quality of the system, I can't give you a 100% rating because I don't have any other system to compare. Picture quality is good and clear. The playback seems quite slow and the operating system could be better in my opinion given the current state of the art. That aside, I'm very impressed with the system as a whole. It has all the features I wanted for the price I wanted. My only real complaint would be that the DVR system makes a bit of noise, it's not terrible but noticeable. Something to consider if you put it in the bedroom.
