We've had a antique pink (yes, pink!) rubbermaid cutlery organizer for years. And it worked well, despite being small, slippery, and lacking in compartments. I recently upgraded our sad cutlery to Oneida and it just felt wrong to put such cool forks in such a lame organizer lol! So, searching the web for cutlery organizers will result in an amazing array of options. I liked the bamboo ones (the eco-friendly choice) but I'm so glad I bought these. I expanded it to the maximum size and it almost fills the drawer. I figured expanding would just mean pushing each side outward, but the pins hold the expanded sections in place, so it's a good design. It still slipped a bit so I followed another reviewer's advice to use cardboard and it works because the cardboard isn't visible. Pros: looks great; allows you to see all your cutlery and crockery which is easy to clean. Cons: No, but I'd like it white instead of granite. Just my personal preference.
