Male 5ft 7in 165lbs Size 9. I have been running every day for a long time but also spend time in the gym and therefore with my body weight. For me, the Gel Nimbus Lite 2 is a rebound shoe that almost immediately gets me running much faster than the Nimbus Gel 23 (a great lightweight casual shoe). Of course, the architecture between the two is completely different, with the possible exception of the FlyteFoam -midsole. but still cushion very well for higher speeds and have a rebound that puts energy back into your step. Despite being a neutral shoe and a lighter build, the Gel Nimbus Lite 2 has a degree of stability built into the midsole is.They are comfortable and well cushioned for faster days and seems like it will last for many miles. I love this shoe and will add it to my sneaker rotation. I would buy it again. The running quality was a pleasant surprise.
