Arrived pre-opened and broken

Arrived previously open, apparently someone broke the tabs holding the case together at the top and then sent it back. The seller was kind enough to just resell it and send it back to me as if not returning it. Obviously the broken clips don't stay on the tablet as they are returned. It looks like a great case, albeit too bad.
