I wore them on all my hikes in Zion National Park in Utah. These shoes are great and hold up great. They are so light and breathable and offer excellent traction on trails and steep slopes. I never slipped. These shoes made it to the top of Angel's Landing in Zion. They were also amazing in the water for the gorge hike in Zion. Put these baddies in waist-deep water and they lasted all day and dried overnight. Even after several days of hiking, they still look like new. Definitely recommend
