Review on Ideal by Carlos Abood

I like how easy it makes finding candidates when you are looking for new employees or wanting to fill open positions.

The customer service could be better regarding questions not directly answered by their support team but I would recommend using them as they give excellent training with everything needed from scheduling interviews all the way through onboarding our employees! There's nothing i dislike at this point there has been no issues found since we implemented Ideal into my current work environment. We've had great success in placing qualified applicants who have completed job applications for us previously so far so good that has continued without any major changes.
