The video is true - this bag holds an incredible amount of gear - but it's beautifully designed and very stylish! I love unusual and functional bags - and this is perfect! Here's a list of things I put in mine: laptop, iPad, two bags of cords/power adapters, cosmetics, etc., CPR kit, keys, headphones, business cards, pens, paper clips, snacks, wallet. Don't put my phone in my pocket at all, it fits in easily. Compartments make it easy to organize all my gear - I can quickly grab everything I need - there is no black hole at the bottom of the bag for lost items. Inside there is a nicely padded laptop compartment, an open/wide compartment for equipment, a large zip pocket with two traditional open compartments (e.g. for a phone) and two pen compartments. The zippered slots on the outside of the bag are very roomy, and the full-length U-shaped zipper makes it easy to open wide enough to fit your essentials. The fact is it's one on both sides - a BRILLIANT design. Photos with the model (in the product description) accurately reflect the size of the bag. I like the handles - easy to put on your shoulder or carry in the crook of your arm. As someone who carries a lot, this is truly one of the best bags I have ever bought!
