I've been wearing this type of headphones for many years and I really like them. However, these dimensions are not correct. Adults are recommended to buy L size. I chose the medium size because that's the size I've always worn. Unfortunately they are too big for my ears. I had to buy S. I don't have time to send them back due to my husband's illness/COVID so I'm stuck with headphones that don't fit.
