Did you include a small stack of DVDs or perhaps CDs? The packaging states that the copy protection program for duplicators uses version 2.0. There were no explanations how to use it, what it is, what is it for? just a package, nothing in the instructions, you live in this world, I don't, but an explanation would be nice of course. There's no way to talk to you, just a bunch of standard answers to a question of scripted crap that doesn't deal with easy questions. Only if I use a refund, which I won't. I find this works well with all of my family's video DVDs. Still want an answer?
