short version: Practical and easy to replace, I would buy again. Long Version: My neurotic cat ate some of the original cassette so I had to replace it. I have the original white strap (Carrara I guess?) and found this one that matches the original. I'm not gadget savvy and have relied on information from my ex in the past so I wasn't sure this group would work. I'll start with the size of the strap, I had one with 20 comments, the other with 22 cm. Look I have no idea. I measured my wrist and it was only the bottom circumference for this strap. So I closed my eyes and hit buy now and prayed to almighty Carl Sagan that it would work. And it worked. It's the same length as the original strap (I think a cat ate part of it, so I'm estimating the length from memory), and even with a tiny wrist, I still have room to tighten it if needed. If you're like me and have no knowledge (and desire to learn) about gadgets, note that you'll need tiny (very small) flat-head screwdrivers. The band screws have different shapes, so I needed two different sizes. I have a set with a very small one thanks to Carl so I was able to swap groups quickly. Also, don't be like me who accidentally took the damn thing apart. You only need to loosen the screws, not REMOVE COMPLETELY. Tomorrow I'll see how the white on the watch matches the strap - I use it every day and play football all year round so it's exposed to rain, sun and sunscreen. You can see in the picture that the original strap has turned yellowish even if you wash the strap with soap every day (if you don't, it will be disgusting and you may be allergic to it. Personal experience.) I will update this review , if the tape breaks easily. If the cat eats it again, well.
