I had to get my printer to recognize that there was paper in it, the printer kept saying it needed paper even though there was an envelope in it. Almost like the envelope was invisible. Finally I figured out to fold in half a sheet of printer paper and cut to fit the inside of the envelope, once there was a little weight/heft to the envelope. they printed perfectly. I tried these on and was really excited about the fit. I'm about a size 10/12 and the large fit great BUT when I stepped into the light I saw they were absolutely covered in dog hair! I had just pulled them out of the packaging and do not own a long haired dog. I was very disgusted. I would have washed these anyways but would have never expected to receive them like this. We bought these cups on a recommendation for another toddler parent and have since bought 3 more packs. I love that the straw peels apart so you can clean it! This makes it great for milk for a kid who likes straws. It still has a controlled flow, so even when tipped over fluid isn't rushing out everywhere. The top is a little tricky to master getting it on all the way, and if thrown hard enough will still pop off. Overall this is by far my favorite cup we have found!See full review

I was so excited to receive this poncho. I also purchased their other cowl neck poncho and absolutely love it but this wool version is so itchy. The neck opening is small and it was difficult to pull it over my head without messing up my hair, no matter if I hold it to stretch it out. It fits very tightly in the neck and I felt constricted.
