Fits perfect and made well

My 11 year old daughter wanted a more modest bathing suit with an attached skirt. This fit the bill. I was worried it wouldn't fit but went by the chart and it fit perfect. She is tall and thin and we ordered the 9-11. It fits perfect. Very cute on too!
