I am so happy I made this purchase! I read all the reviews and people saying they don't fit and we struggled to mold them instead of buying them but because they were so cheap I decided to buy them and I'm so happy that I did it. These won't fit your mouth perfectly since they weren't made by a dentist, but they work and get the job done, and you don't have to spend hundreds of dollars. Just follow the directions and cook it for about 8 seconds and then put it in your mouth, suck out the air and press it against your teeth for about 10-15 seconds. Then take it out of your mouth and repeat. I did this about 3-4 times before mine got cast the way I wanted it too. Then, using scissors, cut off part of the upper unnecessary part, that is, on the gums, since you do not want the whitening product to get on the gums.
