As soon as I received the first 2 boxes (4 threads) I ordered 2 more boxes which were delivered the same day. I tested each set by letting them charge and fire before installing them. These photos show 8 strands or 4 boxes. The lamps come in neat little spools of fine copper wire that appear judiciously and rationally twisted. caffeinated coffee. I'm good with knots and a patient person. No matter how I handled the strands, they got tangled. I tried rolling them up to make them easier to weave along the pergola. I've tried working with strands fully twisted, tried winding and holding a neat roll and nothing has worked to keep these powerful beauties from tangling. As I patiently unraveled each thread many times, I thought about string theory, which I know nothing about, and how the universe works. I also realized that I might have been drinking too much coffee to do such fine motor tasks, which also made me wonder when it's too early for afternoon drinking. I love the end result and will be ordering more because I want to fill the entire top of the structure. You are more amazing in person.
