This styling tool is a complete disappointment .Using this product, our team found that it CAUSED more tangles and knots in our hair than it solved. It is advertised as a massage tool, but it hurts when you use it, and it`s not gentle on the hair. Moreover, it's overpriced for the poor quality. It's a failure in the beauty category. The only pro is the idea behind it, but execution is everything. Save your money and stick with your regular brush..
