Review on Backpacking Portable Convenient Ignition Carrying by Zach Sornsin

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Inexpensive and reliable

This is my second such simple stove. Backpack with the first in over 15 years. This one looks just as good. For reference, the stove and plastic case in the kit weigh 9.25 ounces. I removed the piezoelectric igniter. It now weighs 8.85 ounces. I don't go camping without a lighter, so I don't need that cheap igniter. I'm absolutely not trying to balance my pot on both the fuel can and the burner head. I want to put the canister aside, away from the stove. Yes, it costs me a few extra ounces in my backpack, but I never have to deal with throwing food on the floor. Personal preference only.

Pros
  • Durable finish
Cons
  • Damaged
