Review on 🔵 Aqua Sphere AlphaFin: Enhanced Eva Foam Fin by Matthew Perez

I have arthritis in my lower back and I have a hard time swimming because I can't use my legs. I've tried several other types of fins and my back hurts more using them than swimming without fins. However, the Aqua Sphere fins were amazing. They are characterized by the fact that they swim. Thanks to their buoyancy, they keep my feet above water even when I'm not pedaling them. It's almost like swimming with a buoy, which also takes the strain off your back. I'm still making adjustments to my shot and if I do a slight flutter shot it won't hurt my back. So my use of fins is still a work in progress but all my results so far have been positive. Also, with other fins I've used, I have to wear booties with the fins on to prevent insole abrasion. You don't need boots for these fins. One thing I recommend is to be careful when choosing your fin size. If you wear size 10-11 shoes, which I do, the sizing guide recommends a LARGE size. However, before I bought my Aqua fins, a friend allowed me to use his X-LARGE fins. They were snug fitting and felt like the right size. I can't imagine a LARGE one fitting properly and probably too tight. My feet are medium sized and not too wide so if possible borrow a pair of fins in the recommended size and one size up to see how they fit before buying. You can return them if the ones you received don't fit, but why bother?
