I would have made this a long time ago if I had known it was that easy! The hardest part was keeping track of the plastic caps! Genuine Mopar replacement. If you have problems with the delay of the wipers and a clumsy mechanism, then go no further - this is your salvation! Don't waste your time with crappy wipers - do it now and you'll thank yourself! All you need is a Phillips screwdriver and a 10mm socket. 2 Phillips screws, 6 plastic snaps, clumsy unscrewing the spout cap, then 3 half-length bolts holding the mechanism, disconnect and replace with a new one - easy! I was also the one who was misled into thinking that the multifunction switch on the steering column was the problem, but it wasn't. If your issue is latency related (not constant latency, multiple cleanups when one should happen, etc.) then this will fix it and get you back to a nice new streamlined mechanism!
