This rice chef cooked rice cauliflower exactly how I wanted it. It turned out very nice. Unfortunately, the plate continued to stick. It doesn't lock and lifts up every time. There were no instructions so I may have entered them incorrectly, although I don't think so. It would be nice to have a diagram to be sure. In any case, the moving plate complicates the work, although the end result is pleasant. Looking at the other plates I think the one I used is warped. Which in itself is a problem. But it would really help if the blade was fixed so it doesn't fall out every time you pull the plunger back. I would rate it higher if the plate was thicker and fixed.
