My 8 year old plays lacrosse and of course has to wear a mouth guard. Last year he had one that clenched his teeth and he hated it. He was happy with it and not worried about wearing it. It has held up well and the best part is it. Use it for several seasons as it will not stick to teeth. Eventually, as the child's teeth move and change, the other Guardians become useless. The only downsides, and they weren't too much of an issue and definitely not a manufacturer issue, were that it had trouble getting through a face mask when wearing a helmet and not being able to drink out of the hole during breaks. I would recommend this to any parent whose child is playing a sport that requires a mouth guard.
