Our 1.5m round synthetic carpet was not cleaned well with this product. We used a pre-spray, brushed diligently and used up all the granules. Very disappointed. Dog hair got into the fibers of the carpet from below - that's a good thing. Having had a lot of experience with the pros at Chem Dry many years ago, I really expected it to work just as well. nope! Shoe dirt where the feet rest and the greyish stains are still clearly visible. The main color of the rug is brown-beige with a burgundy floral pattern. Wouldn't buy this product again. This was the first time in 10 months that the carpet under our table for 2 had been cleaned - it was actually only left out for breakfast/brunch on weekends. We have 1 small dog that will lay on top of them when we are there.
