In March I bought Power Locus headphones for my son. Then in October one of the small pins in the loop fell out. My son really liked these headphones and used them often. I've contacted customer service to let them know about this and see if I can have the PIN mailed to me so I can fix it. They responded promptly and said they would replace his headphones and in fact were sending these newer models of the same headphones as a replacement. My son says they are great and the sound quality is super clear. The support team even contacted us after the earbuds were delivered and wanted to make sure we were happy with the new earbuds. I figured the support team for headphones under $25 wouldn't respond as quickly as they used to. I will definitely buy more of them for my family. Thank you!
