I really like these silicone cases because they protect and cover my 2nd generation Apple Pencil from scratches. I don't know if this has happened to anyone else, but I have a clear thin case on my iPad Pro and when I try to charge my Apple Pencil with a silicone case, my Apple Pencil won't charge. If I don't have a clear case on my iPad Pro, the Apple Pencil still charges with the silicone case on the Apple Pencil. Be aware that if you have a case for your iPad Pro and want to buy/use these Apple Pencil Silicone Pads, the same could happen to you. You must either remove the case from the iPad Pro or the silicone case from the Apple Pencil to charge it. I have attached some photos. I gave 5 stars because there is no problem with apple pencil case. Maybe it's just the lid and case together that are too thick and block wireless charging.
