The ability to create courses that are customized for each user is one of my favorite features! It's easy to use as well so it doesn't take much time at all when creating new modules or quizzes etc. I dislike having to enter in some information twice if you have two different people using your site/course (for example). If I am taking someone through a training process they can be given access via their email address rather than logging into our system every single day with theirs username & password which would otherwise mean we'd need more servers. This has been very helpful because now there isn't any downtime between shifts while still being able to give them access remotely without needing additional resources from us.
