The drums didn't work, the printer kept asking to run the green tab and the tab snapped it in place. When the tab showed correct placement, both arrows pointed at each other and locked, it kept prompting me to do the same thing. Unfortunately I bought it in July but today I decided to take it out of the box and use it. The return window was August 13, so it's getting late. But based on my personal experience I wouldn't recommend it. UPDATE My husband came and worked on it too, it took a lot of testing and now it works. So I think it's fair to give it 4 stars. Deducting a star because of the trouble we had to go through.
