I like that it's very user friendly with many options for customization in terms of how you want your process set up as well as what kind or style file types can be used when working together online via our internal network at my organization called "The Cloud". It has helped me streamline some manual steps within one department by allowing us all access from anywhere without having everyone physically present which helps keep things efficient especially during this time where COVID 19 seems everywhere we go! Nothing really but if there were more features added then maybe people would use them? We're currently using Workflow internally here (in an office environment) so being able to do everything remotely while keeping productivity high was key since most employees are remote workers now due to Covid19 restrictions/policies put into place across Canada including ours. Also makes sure no errors get submitted once approved because mistakes happen regardless whether they've been caught before hand - just need someone else.
