As the name suggests, this is a great pillow at a great price. The case isn't even big enough for a pillow. However, within minutes of unpacking, they quickly inflate to their full size, which is perfect for a queen-size pillowcase. Pillows come in two cases; machine washable outer bamboo pouch and inner cotton pouch to store stuffing. There was a bit of a factory smell, but after I washed the outer covers and left the pillows on for two days, it went away. As promised the pillows are pretty cool even for a hot sleeper like me and they are fully adjustable so they are comfortable whether I decide to sleep on my side or my back as I switch between them often. Because the pillows expand to fill the pillowcases, I've found that I have very few issues with my pillowcases falling off the pillows, which is an added plus for those who love satin pillowcases. They smell of factory upon arrival and the fact that the entire pillow is machine washable.
