Review on Saramonic SR Q2M Handheld Recorder Microphone by Mike Lawler

I love the reliability, ease of use and great packaging of this device. However, the playback quality did not correspond to my application. It lacks mids and lows and no equalizer or tone control. Sound quality is clear, but sounds louder when recording with the built-in microphones in the right ear; However, with an external microphone connected, the sound was quite balanced. A closer look at the level meter in the attached video shows an imbalance in the recording, and only look at the battery level when testing. It does use a bit of battery power but has an external USB source, which is good. Please note that this is my experience with the device that I received. Other devices may work much better. However, I sent mine back for the reasons stated here.
