I bought this to connect my laptop to a dual monitor setup and for extra USB slots. Since I've had it, it's been doing its job perfectly and will remain a permanent fixture on my desk. I've also recently used it to move a bunch of files between portable USB sticks and old SD cards. During this time, my father found that it worked well with his phone, so he ordered one for himself. I'm just concerned about the looks of HDMI. uneven in use? It looks like nobody can fully connect. But both ports are still working, so it doesn't matter.
