I bought these and have been using them twice a day for over a week. As each of the 3 bristles has no moving parts itself and their mechanism of action is through a single vibrating head transmitted to the 3 bristles, their effectiveness in removing dirt is limited. To brush your teeth effectively, each bristle must rotate, move back and forth, and vibrate. This toothbrush only vibrates. I've found my $5 rotary brush to clean my teeth much more effectively. This three-headed toothbrush is good in theory, but there's no substitute or shortcut to controlling the head and picking up the moving brush to sweep away dirt.
