I was hoping to increase my SSD storage space by adding this card. Apparently I need to use the NVME slot which was only one. I was sad. However, I read that I can use this on other motherboards that support multiple NVME PCIE lanes. Therefore, some research should be done to see if this will work for you. But I will say that it is very easy to assemble. The hardest part is balancing the screw while aligning the NVME retaining pin. The card even features a copper plate for heat dissipation through the bottom plate and thermal pads, allowing you to direct that heat into the card for dissipation. I found it incredible.
