Review on 📞 Panasonic KX-TS4100B 4-Line Phone System with Speakerphone - Expandable up to 16 Stations by Andrew Britton

I bought 5 of these phones for our shop in January 2009 and they all still work great. The only issue I had was that two of them had speakerphone issues, so I placed them in places where speakerphones are not needed. These are rugged phones that have endured over 4 1/2 years of business use with no issues. At $85 each, this is the real deal. Check your speakerphone issue immediately after purchase to determine if you have a defective unit so you can send it in for a replacement if necessary. Otherwise, they should serve you for a very long time. They have all the standard multi-line business phone features and can be easily configured for office intercom use. Update May 2015: All 5 of our Panasonic phones are working properly. We even bought a model with a built in answering machine that answers all 3 lines that we have in our store. I love the fact that Panasonic is still making these phones and that they will continue to perform well for years to come. They are ideal for small businesses. I hope Panasonic will continue to support them for many years to come and over time perhaps offer upgrades that are compatible with previous versions. These are great phones for small businesses.
